What are web services?

How does this work?

What happens when renewal for a product or service comes up?
Your store keeps track of upcoming renewals for the products or services that your customers have purchased and sends your customers reminder emails that a renewal for their account is coming up.  If the customer has stored a payment method with your online store, the renewal will happen automatically.  Otherwise your customers will be notified that they will have to log in and complete the renewal manually.
I like the idea of having an online store, but I don’t really have a lot of time to dedicate to running it.
Well there’s good news, the day to day work has already been planned for and taken care of.  Managing your customer base is done automatically, notifications, renewals and so on..  Sales of products and services is designed to be customer directed… and unless you choose to offer your own support, that is taken care of as well.  What you will spend your time doing is marketing your business, and that can be done whatever way you choose.  Spend as little or as much time as you choose.
I don’t know anything about how domains and web services work!
That’s ok, we do!  You don’t have to know how these products work, you should become familiar with the products you offer however, and that information is available on your store itself.  All you really need to know about is setting your pricing structure, which is handled by a simple online tool and how you are going to market your reseller business.
Do I need to know HTML or some other magic web language to be able to do this?
No,  your store is set up for you from the very beginning…  there is a default store layout that you will change to suit your business.  No knowledge of HTML or internet magic spells is needed.
